1. Tell us about your watch
Fill out our contact form and choose “Trading,” or text or email us. If you have a watch from our inventory in mind, please be sure to include that information.

2. Receive your trade estimate
We’ll review your watch and reply within 2–3 business days with an estimated trade value and any difference to be paid by either side. If you did not provide a preferred piece from our inventory, we will provide a trade recommendation.

3. Send your watch & sign the agreement
Ship your watch to us fully insured using our pre-paid shipping label. Once received, it will be inspected. We'll send a written trade agreement letter outlining the details of the deal for signature.

4. Complete the trade
Once both parties sign the agreement, we complete the exchange.  Any cash difference is settled and your new watch ships to you insured with signature required.
