1. Independent dealer

HPC Luxe Co. is an independent dealer of pre-owned watches. We are not an authorized dealer of, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, any watch brand shown on this site. Brand names, model names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the items we offer.

2. Pre-owned items and descriptions

Unless clearly stated otherwise, every watch we offer is pre-owned. We describe condition, included accessories (box, papers) and known service history as accurately as we can, and photograph each piece in detail. Photos are taken with a high quality camera to show the condition of the watch, and accessories, in detail. You may notice imperfections shown on the picture that the camera lens was able to pick up but will not be visible to the eye when worn.

Minor wear consistent with age and use is normal and may not be listed individually.

• Water resistance is not guaranteed on any pre-owned watch unless we state that it was pressure-tested, and on what date.

• Accuracy of mechanical movements varies with age, service history and use; timekeeping within the manufacturer's original specification is not guaranteed unless stated.

• Warranty: watches are sold without a manufacturer's warranty unless the listing says one remains in effect.

3. Authenticity

We inspect every watch before we list it. Each watch is guaranteed to be authentic and will either come with authentication or warranty papers. If either of these items is missing, it will be outlined in the listing description. If a watch you purchased from us is shown to be not authentic by the manufacturer or an independent authentication service we agree on, we will refund the full purchase price on return of the watch in the same condition. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Items are offered subject to prior sale, including sales through other platforms where we list the same watch. Applicable taxes will be added to purchase price.

5. Payment

We accept wire transfers and Zelle. A watch ships or is released only after payment has fully cleared. We may require identity verification for any transaction. We do not accept cash, crypto currency, or credit/debit cards.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

All watches are shipped insured, with signature required, via FedEx Priority Overnight delivery for a flat fee of $100. Every watch is insured for the value that you paid. Watches are shipped to the verified address on the order. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery. We do not ship outside of the continental United States.

7. Returns

You have 24 hours from recieving the watch with signature required, to issue any claim against the watch if found not as described. After 24 hours, all sales are final. Contact us before shipping a return. If you choose to return a timepiece within the 24 hour timeframe, you agree to cover the return shipping cost. Return shipping must be with FedEx or UPS (USPS is not acceptable). The watch must be packed in the same manner it was received or better. 

8. Selling or trading a watch to us

When you sell or trade a watch to us, you confirm that you are its lawful owner, that you have the right to sell it, and that it is not stolen, counterfeit or subject to any lien. We may ask for government-issued photo ID, proof of purchase or ownership, and service records. Any offer we make is subject to in-hand inspection and may change if the watch differs from its description. We may decline any transaction and may report suspected stolen property to law enforcement.

Trade value and terms are agreed to in writing before the exchange is completed.

9. Consignment

When you consign a watch with us, you confirm that you are its lawful owner, that you have the right to sell it, and that it is not stolen, counterfeit or subject to any lien. We may ask for government-issued photo ID, proof of purchase or ownership, and service records. Any offer we make is subject to in-hand inspection and may change if the watch differs from its description. We may decline any transaction and may report suspected stolen property to law enforcement.

Consignment terms are agreed to in writing before the exchange is completed. 

10. Website use

You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy our photos or descriptions for commercial use, interfere with the site's operation, or submit false information through our forms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies.
